I’ve always traveled, ever since I can remember. It has shaped who I am and how I see the world around me, wherever I may be. And I’m so grateful.

I grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and graduated from the amazing University of Texas in Austin. I also spent a few years of my childhood in Thann, France - that’s in the Alsace region that has gone back and forth between France & Germany throughout history. Growing up, I always loved family vacations out of the country, visiting friends in Europe, and being a +1 with my mom on work trips. Ever since I’ve had an income, I knew my vacation days & savings would go towards traveling near and far. And it has.

I currently live in Atlanta and consult large scale digital transformations for leading companies. I’m fiercely passionate about travel and love to see people making travel a priority in all walks of life. Specifically, I believe we all have so much to learn from each other’s culture, in terms of how we live, and how we interact with the world around us. I’ve also developed a curiosity for content creation, which I share regularly on my instagram (@carolinevoyages).

I hope my blog inspires you, motivates you, and helps you plan your future travels. Travel really is the only thing you can buy that makes you richer, unless of course you are doing well in the stock market, and in that case you should definitely be traveling more.
